Think Forward Coaching and Training uses the data to support you in your coaching or training process, to maintain contact with you, including responding to your enquiries and invoicing, and to improve our website and optimise the user experience.

Handling of special and/or sensitive personal data

Think Forward Coaching and Training also processes health-related data and information in the context of your fertility treatment, as it is also the centre of our work. This data is treated as strictly confidential and is only processed with your explicit consent.

Automated decision making

Think Forward Coaching and Training does not make decisions on matters that may (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. This concerns decisions taken by computer programmes or systems without a human being in between.

Storage of personal data

Think Forward Coaching and Training only stores your personal and sensitive personal data for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data was collected. Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Health data will be deleted after the end of our collaboration, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
